Step one

Choose your travel style.

You’ll have a travel style that you naturally gravitate toward, and this forms the starting point for creating your perfect escape.

Step Two

Set your preferences.

Once you know your travel style, it’s time to book your holiday by completing our booking questionnaire.

Here, you’ll set your budget, travel dates and have the opportunity to set the parameters for your escape, including your dream destinations, the goals of this particular holiday and what type of accommodation you would prefer to stay in.

We also ask questions about the finer details, like your favourite cuisines, your go-to drink, and any bucket list experiences you would love to try. This way, we can include thoughtful recommendations and really tailor your experience specifically to you!

Step Three

Approve your holiday package.

Based on your responses, we’ll start to curate your unique itinerary and put together a couple of package options for you to choose from and approve.

Each package can include a combination of flights, car hire, private car transfers, accommodation, activities, experiences and/or restaurant reservations.

We’ll let you now what’s included in your package while keeping the details a surprise, so you can make an informed decision and still experience the excitement and anticipation of a good mystery!

Step Four

Pay your way.

We have plenty of flexible payment options so you can book your holiday with ease.

Choose to pay upfront, secure with a deposit or take advantage of our new TravelPay Later option, which lets you book your holiday with no upfront cost and pay it off over 6 or 12 months, interest free!*

Step Five

Get excited!

Like a kid waiting for Christmas morning, this is usually the moment when that giddy impatience and excited anticipation sets in.

All that’s left for you to do now is sit back and relax while we organise all the details of your holiday.

You’ll find out where you’re going and what you’ll be doing one week before departure!
